Welcome to VBS 2023 - STELLAR!

Important Signup Details:

• VBS is June 26 - 30, 2023, starting at 9:00 AM and ending at 12:00 PM and is open to all children ages 4 through Grade 8.

• For pre-school registration your child MUST be 4 by July 1, 2023

• All registrations are based off your child's CURRENT school year (2022-23). For example, if they are currently in 5th grade, they would be signed up for the Elementary School category.

-On Monday, June 26, check-in will take place in the Narthex starting at 8:45 AM. Drop off with Crew Leaders will begin at 8:55 AM and pick up will be at 12:00 PM.

-ALL kids MUST be signed-in and out DAILY.

-Crew placement is at the discretion of the VBS Directors. NO PLACEMENT REQUESTS WILL BE TAKEN.

-Family Program on Thursday, June 29 at 12pm. Families will be invited in to see a fun video from the week and then families and kids are invited to the patio for games, food and fun!

-We will have 2 mission opportunities throughout the week -- for missions that Tower Hill Church already supports. Info on this will be sent out prior to the start of VBS.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- If you cancel your registration before June 1, 2023, we’ll refund you in full minus a $5 admin fee.
- If you cancel after June 1, 2023, or do a no-show, there will be no refund.
